Sympla Cockpit
A daily cockpit for small businesses - appointments, one inbox for every channel, calls, payments, social media and KPIs on one screen - built for Sympla, the SME business I co-founded, and live with our first client, a beauty salon.

- Role
- Co-founder - designed and built the Cockpit.
Live with our first client since September 2026: built for the salon's iPad, and free slots turn into branded Instagram and Google posts automatically.
- Live with our first client
- Free slots become posts automatically
- Multi-tenant, one codebase for every client
The problem
Small businesses juggle a booking tool, three inboxes, a phone, a payment app and social media - and nobody has time to post when a slot frees up.
One screen the owner actually opens every morning, that runs on an iPad, speaks their language and does the posting for them.
What I did
- Built a multi-tenant dashboard on top of the HighLevel API: appointments, a unified inbox with replies, calls, payments and KPIs.
- Added a feature that finds free slots, renders a branded image and schedules Instagram and Google posts for them.
- Kept every client's data separate with per-tenant keys, a server-side API token and signed image URLs, plus a script to onboard new clients.
- Set up client accounts through the API instead of by hand: 28 booking calendars and a 129-asset template, checked after each push.
Outcome
Live since 28 September 2026 with the first client, in German and Portuguese, installed as a home-screen app on the salon's iPad.
